Q - Am I able reserve my place prior to paying for the course?

A - We do not accept course registrations without payment. You may pay by bank transfer, credit/debit card or purchase order.

Q - What is the refund policy for courses?

A - The refund policy for course prices is shown below. However, should this occur, we are more than happy to discuss individual options with you.

  • 100% fee returned for cancellations made over 28-calendar days prior to start of the course;
  • 50% fee returned for cancellations made 14-calendar days prior to the start of the course;
  • No fee returned for cancellations made less than 14-calendar days prior to the start of the course.

Q - When are courses confirmed?

A - Courses are confirmed 45 days prior to the start of the course. We will only notify you if the course is not going ahead or is being postponed.

Q - When should I book my travel and accommodation?

A - Travel and accommodation should only be booked once the course is confirmed, which usually occurs 45 days prior to the course start date.

Q - What happens if Timberlake need to postpone or cancel a course?

A - Very occasionally, events are postponed by Timberlake. If courses are postponed, then the face value of the amount the delegate has paid will be used as credit for when the course is rescheduled or may be applied to other courses. If the delegate is unable to attend the course at the rescheduled dates then they are entitled to a full refund.
