Stata/MP

For users with extremely large datasets Stata/MP expands the number of allowed observations from 2.14 billion to a theoretical upper limit of 281 trillion. With the current available computer hardware (the most powerful computers available), Stata/MP can analyze between 10 and 20 billion observations. Ultimately the exact number of observations that can be processed will depend on the amount of memory available on the computer and the width of the dataset.
