EViews 7 Standard Edition for Windows
	Estimation, forecasting, statistical analysis, graphics, simulation, data management, all in a powerful, graphical object-oriented interface.
EViews 7 Enterprise Edition for Windows
	EViews 7 Enterprise Edition is an enhanced version of EViews that supports ODBC and proprietary data formats of several commercial data and database vendors. Specifically, the Enterprise Edition allows direct access to ODBC databases or queries and provides transparent connection to Global Insight's DRIPro and DRIBase databanks, Haver Analytics DLX, FAMETM format databases, EcoWin databases, Datastream, FactSet and Moody's Economy.com. The familiar, easy-to-use EViews database interface has been extended to these data formats so that you may work with foreign databases as easily as native EViews databases.
EViews Student Version 6
	EViews Student Version 6 is designed specifically for classroom settings where the full power of the Standard Edition is not required *. The Student Version is virtually identical to the full version of EViews 6. The only difference is that the Student Version places "soft" capacity restrictions on the amount of data (1,500 observations per series, 15,000 total observations, 60 objects) that may be saved or exported. Students may, without restriction, work with larger amounts of data, but workfiles that exceed the soft limits may not be saved nor the data exported. Also, The Student Version is restricted to interactive use since programming capabilities and batch mode processing are not supported. Notable excluded features are X11, X12, and Tramo/Seats X-11 seasonal adjustment, storing EViews objects to databases, database auto-search, and redirection of print output to text or RTF files. The EViews 6 Student Version package includes a 16-page Student Version getting started booklet, and a CD-ROM containing the Student Version program, the HTML-based help system, PDF copies of the full three-volume set of manuals for EViews 6, and PDF files containing the first three chapters of EViews Illustrated, a primer to the EViews program, written by Richard Startz, professor of Economics at the University of Washington. The three sample chapters of EViews Illustrated offer a step-by-step guide to the EViews program, walking you through the basics of EViews from launching the program, to importing existing data, to the basics of regression estimation.

* Sales of EViews Student Version are restricted to currently enrolled students and faculty. In addition, the Student Version License will expire two (2) years after first use, and the Student Version will no longer run two years after the first activation.
