The software family features pioneering statistics software the brings Exploratory Data Analysis to desktop computing.

Data Desk 6.3 brings fast, easy-to-use visual analysis to your desktop. Data Desk Plus!

Data Desk Plus gives you Data Desk 6.3 integrated with ActivStats, our award-winning refresh-and-reference resource for statistics. This means you get the intuitive interface, the dynamic visual exploration capabilities, and powerful statistical analysis tools of Data Desk plus a lot of guidance.

Data Desk/XL is a downloadable statistics add-in that complements Excels standard statistics capabilities. The program provides all the plots, tables, tests and statistics one would expect in a standard statistics software package. It can be used effectively for analyzing real-world data and as a supplement to an introductory statistics course.

ActivStats 3.0 is an innovative multimedia education product on DVD-ROM that teaches introductory college-level statistics and the use of our Data Desk data exploration package. ActivStats was designed and authored by Paul Velleman, and reflects modern research into how people learn, and specifically how people learn statistics.

Animated Activities introduce statistics concepts. Teaching Applets reinforce those concepts. Video is a motivational force, and guided analyses of real-world data provide hands-on practice with Data Desk. Youll get feedback from drag-and-drop quizzes, and return again and again to the glossary, index, and table of contents as ongoing sources of information.
