Do I need to have knowledge of statistics or economics to use Forecast Pro?
Forecast Pro is very easy to learn and easy to use. It does not require a background in forecasting, statistics, or economics. Forecast Pros built-in expert selection system analyses your data, selects the appropriate forecasting technique, builds the model and calculates the forecasts - it even explains its reasoning in ordinary English.
Forecast Pro is available in English, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish versions.
Forecast Pro can be used with virtually any database system, including Microsoft Access, SQLServer and Oracle. Data transfer (from your database to Forecast Pro and back) can be accomplished via ODBC or using spreadsheet files or text files. Forecast Pro has been formally integrated into several commercially available ERP, DP, SCM and other systems.
Integrating Forecast Pro
There are two simple ways to integrate the powerful forecasting technology of Forecast Pro with your application:
